Individual Counseling Fees and Insurance

  • $155 per 53-minute session

  • Insurance accepted for individual therapy. I am in-network with the following  insurance plans for individual therapy. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, and I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider:

    • Ambetter

    • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

    • Health Plans Inc.

    • Medicare (Not advantage plans)

    • New Hampshire Healthy Families

    • Point32Health

    • United/Optum

  • If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits. You would pay the full session fee at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details. ​

  • If you are self-pay, you may request a Good Faith Estimate of your session costs per the CMS No Surprises Act. ​​

 

Couples Counseling Fees

  • $200 per 60-minute session.

  • Insurance is not accepted for couples counseling.

  • Superbills are not provided for couples counseling.
