I work with teens and adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or the unique challenges that come with being neurodivergent. Others are going through major life transitions—starting college, changing careers, adjusting to new roles, or rediscovering themselves after loss or change. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood and supported while learning practical tools to help you manage emotions, build confidence, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. 

 

As a Mental Health Counseling Intern supervised by Deb Horton, I combine my clinical mental health training with a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and advanced designations (CLU, ChFC, ChSNC). My approach is deeply informed by specialized training in LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Care and as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I offer a grounded, expert perspective for those navigating the internal experience of stress alongside the external systemic hurdles of life transitions, disability advocacy, and long-term caregiving. I am telehealth only and cannot bill insurance. My sessions are $25

and I can accept credit cards including HSA.
