Mindfulness Group is being led by a seasoned meditation teacher who happens to be trans. This group takes place in a smallish conference room. There will be comfortable chairs for everyone to sit on, though if you'd prefer to bring a cushion, you can feel free to sit on the carpeted floor. After a short introduction and instruction, we will have a quiet meditation for approximately 20 minutes. Afterwards, there will be a brief dharma talk (inspiration/wisdom) followed by discussion. If you have more questions about this group or what to expect, please reach out to me. I know it's hard to come to these groups, especially for the first time! [email protected]
