Deb Horton Counseling

A LGBTQ-affirming therapist in Concord NH

There is plenty of parking at the rear entrance to the carriage house, where the group takes place. It is handicap accessible as well. Mindfulness Group takes place in a smallish room. There will be chairs for everyone to sit on, though if you'd prefer, you can bring a cushion or feel free to sit on the carpeted floor. After a short introduction and instruction, we will have a quiet meditation for approximately 20 minutes. Afterwards, there will be a brief dharma talk (inspiration/wisdom) followed by discussion.  I know it's hard to come to these groups, especially for the first time! If you have more questions about this group or what to expect, please reach out to me. [email protected]

Please register prior to coming to any group so we can notify you if there are changes or the group is cancelled.
